Membership FAQ's/ TERM's & Conditions?

Subscribtion can be Paused / Cancelled by calling 289 298 2977. To avoid billing please ensure to call before your next billing cycle.
+ Monthly Billing will be billed every 30 days. Once billed your subscription is active for 30 days and cannot be refunded.
+ If you choose to PAUSE your subscription there will be a $30 monthly administrative fee applied.

Only ACTIVE subscriptions can book a session. PAUSED subscriptions cannot book a session and booking will be subject to regular rate.

+If you choose to CANCEL your subscription you can join back later subject to availability.

subscription bookings are based on availabilty. We operate 7 days a week between 9:00am-10:00pm. Booking required, Walk-ins can be accomadated based on availability.

What do I need to bring with me?

If you made an online booking and paid with a credit card please carry the credit card used and a matching piece of ID. We need physical proof of method or payment to combat fraudulent transactions.

Unable to Book

If you face an issue where during the booking process you get a message saying you were unable to complete your booking or square throws and error please delete the current booking and start over. This could occur due to either a security cookie expiring or the time slot you initially choose becoming unavailable

Do You Provide Golf Clubs?

We do encourage you to carry your own equipment at all times. We currently offer rentals @ $20 and hour with a $250 security deposit.

Can I use any golf ball?

With our state of the art Uneekor Exo Eye technology you are not constrained to use our balls. You can choose to use any ball you prefer. We do however require the golf ball you use is NEW and DIRT free as this could mark/scar our impact screens. Please ensure that golf balls used outside are not the same ones used while occupying the simulators. We would carry most major brand golf balls available for purchase. Damages caused to screens will be charged at actuals if you fail to comply.

What is your dress code?

Keeping with the golf tradition we ask that your attire is suitable for your visit. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught while in the motion of a swing. Please carry a pair of clean dirt free running shoes. Please do not wear spiked shoes on the turf.

Can kids play?

Kids are welcome to use the facility as long as they are accompanied by an adult and have adult supervision. We want to ensure that our facility is family friendly so what better place to bond on that father son activity or mother daughter outing. Drop in, you will have an amazing experience.

How long does it take to play a round?

In our experience an average golfer can complete an 18 hole round within an hour. If your booking a bay for you and your friends please calculate the time needed by multiplying the number of players by 1 hr.

1 player – 1 Hour, 2 players – 2 hours, 3 players – 3 hours, 4 players – 4 hours

 

How many people can play in the same bay?

We recommend a maximum of 4 individuals per booking keeping in mind that it could take upto 1Hour to complete an 18 hole course . We also recommend Car pooling as we have limited parking availability. We charge $50 per bay per hour for single use. Every additional player is $10.

Can I pick a course to play?

Are systems are loaded with world class golf courses and projected in true 4K to ensure that you can not only play the best courses but also enjoy some amazing views. A list of our courses can be found here

Can I cancel my booked tee time ?

Cancellation period is up to 48 hours prior to the start of your booking, at which point all bookings are final and no refunds are permitted. No refunds for no-shows. Please follow the below instructions to ensure your cancellation request is processed. Requests with missing information will not be processed.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]

  • Subject line must read: Cancellation Request

  • Copy of booking confirmation email must be included

  • Cancellation will be issued as store credit

Can I reschedule my booked tee time ?
